After spending New Year's in the mountains of Korea, Dave Wilby and I took off for two weeks to
the sunny beaches of Philippines. Spent a bizarre night in Manila,then we took off to the islands. First stop was diving in
White Beach, in the north of the island of Mindoro. A week later, we took a cruise down to to island of Boracay for some more
partying. Partying was the priority when we attended the Filipino Mardis Gras. It was the 791st annual Ati-AtihanFestival
in Kalibo on the island of Panay.
